- Make sure your car is ready for a long trip
For a road trip, you need a car that is in top condition and is sturdy and well-prepped. Make sure all the parts of the car are in working condition because it will be a hassle if you drive a car that acts up, and your kids get restless too.
So, make sure that the wipers and engine are in good condition, and if you feel like the car is not ready, you can take a rental too.
- Pack in advance and smartly
You need to be smart while packing clothes for yourself and the family for the road trip. The night will be long, and you will stay at some motels and you will wake-up super early to make most of the road trip. So, pack clothes and utilities accordingly. Make different sections for the whole family so that it is easy to change into PJs and back into day clothes.
