Find Inner Balance & Heal Trauma With & Holistic Approach : Before we go any further, I just want to express my sincerest gratitude for opening up the link to this post. I am so proud of you for taking a moment to connect deeper with your emotional world and discovering ways to heal and find balance. It can be challenging to know where to begin, but this small step guides you in the right direction.
When I was 28, I went to the doctor with a concern about a toothache. The doctor prescribed me medication that caused me dozens of side effects. I went to the doctor over and over, but they couldn’t find anything, I felt desperate to wake up with energy because I knew I had children who needed me, but I didn’t have much to give to them. I was sick and exhausted taking care of two kids while still trying to run my business.
After months of looking for answers, I found myself a natural-path doctor who was familiar with my symptoms and prescribed me natural medications and a meal plan that changed my whole life. I noticed my skin becoming clearer. My symptoms faded more and more each day and I had energy again. My unbalanced emotions took comfort in the new changes and I felt balanced again. This profound feeling of energy I didn’t feel for so long set me free from the pain my body was in due to a lack of self-love. My new way of living set the tone for a new beginning that nourished every part of me.
When I was harboring trauma in my body, I would have done anything to release the symptoms, but I wasn’t aware I could heal my mind and body through the power of therapeutic mediations. I didn’t have the resources or understanding to heal my inner body through nourishing food, and I didn’t know food could be my medicine rather than poison. As I went deeper into my healing journey, I witnessed a powerful transformation, so I have made it my personal responsibility to heal all women who went to heal.
At Queen’s Mansion, we believe that balance starts within, not without. If you have trauma in your body you want to heal, you can use food as your medicine to feel mental and emotional balance. If you’re anything like me, you may have been raised in a way that conditioned you to believe that your feelings are to be left on the shelf. As a result, you have stored emotional pain inside your body that hasn’t found a way out, and you experience symptoms such as.
- You may feel guarded towards others. You may feel like you can’t truly trust their motives.
- You feel sadness from past situations, and you can’t seem to forget and heal from.
- You may feel irritated easily. Certain things people say trigger you and that feeling in stored in your body and manifests and resentment.
- You may feel isolated. As a result, it prevents you from having healthy relationships that nourish your inner and outer world.
One thing we have in common. I, too, have experienced this disconnection in my body, and I healed every cell through cleansing my internal world from alkaline foods.
I have a special gift for those of you who are ready now to start your healing journey, experiment with herbs and try this delicious and nutritious recipe that is many of the ladies at Queen’s Mansion Academy fall in love with. Before we dive into this recipe, I would like to take a moment to connect with your beliefs and help you feel grounded before heading to the kitchen.
Meditation
Now, I commit to healing any negative downloads in my body through changing my relationship with food. I am on a path to balance and inner love. As I dive deeper into this module, I release all negative perceptions about food. Food loves me, and I love food. Releasing these thoughts allows resistance to fade.
I appreciate where I was and where I’m headed on my path to wellness. I praise and commit to my body and its needs by eating foods that are pleasurable, satisfying, and nourishing to me, and I give myself permission to enjoy all foods. I am not on a path to perfection, but inner balance. Food is my medicine. I don’t need to worry about the foods I eat because I can count on my body to send signals that lead me to make decisions that are best for her. I trust my body to guide me. I am in flow with the earth.
I make self-care a priority. Through doing this, I step into my personal power. I breathe in this radiant energy as I surround myself with meals that offer me balance, peace and love. I release the stigma and negative feelings I have about eating. Eating is essential; therefore there should be no shame. It is safe for me to listen to and trust my body. I choose to release all perceptions that block me from connecting with my body in the deepest way. I free myself from self-destructive behaviors that inflict pain on my body. I deserve pleasure; I deserve balance. I deserve to eat my butt off if I want to without guilt.
Eating healthy foods nourishes my body.
I owe it to myself to take care of me.
Eating nutritious, healthy foods provides my body the balance and healing it requires.
I can eat well without eating perfectly.
Planning healthy meals is fun. I love cooking. My kitchen is my peace and balance. I nourish my body with whole foods that leave me feeling energized. Find balance in what I eat. I drink water to hydrate my body, cells, and skin. I allow myself to receive the pleasure and enjoyment from eating. I am agreeing with my body, and nourish it accordingly. I enjoy cooking nutritious meals for myself/family.
I enjoy showing my love for others by cooking nutritious meals. I am grateful to the universe for the nutritious foods I am able to cook. I release all, emotional baggage attached to the food I eat. Starting today, I will be at peace with food and my body. Starting today, I create an intimate relationship with my body. Food is my medicine, and it cures me. I am on the verge of getting healthy.
