1. Lemon cake
For this diet-friendly dessert you will need 1 box of lemon cake mix (use only the powder, do not add anything), ¾ cup of lemon non-fat Greek yogurt, and 1 can of crushed pineapple in pineapple juice. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line 9×13” inch baking pan. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and make sure they are totally blended. Don’t worry if the batter will be thick, it’s good. Pour your batter into pan and put it into your oven for about 35-40 minutes.
2. Vegan banana peanut butter ice cream
This is one of the easiest diet-friendly desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth! You will need only 2 bananas and 1 tbsp. of creamy peanut butter. Peel bananas and slice into disks. Cover the dish with waxed paper and spread the slices out on it. Put them in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Then blend peanut butter and frozen banana slices in a blender or food processor until creamy.
3. Diet Coke brownies
This is another simple recipe that calls only for two ingredients! I can tell you this dessert tastes incredibly delicious. So take 1 box of family size low-fat brownie mix and 1 can of Diet Coke. Empty the brownie mix into a large mixing bowl and pour the can of Diet Coke on top. Let the foam settle, mix it thoroughly and pour the batter into lightly greased pan and put it in oven.
4. Honey baked pears
I usually make this tasty dessert with fresh pears, but you can make it with canned pears as well. The pears themselves are very sweet and the sprinkle of cinnamon and drizzle of honey make them perfect. You will need 2 fresh pears or 1 can of pears, ½ tbsp. of honey and sprinkle of cinnamon. Cut pears in half lengthwise and lay them on baking dish skin-side down. Drizzle honey over pears and sprinkle cinnamon over honey. Preheat oven 375 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. Pineapple sorbet
Have you ever tried this rediculously simple sorbet? All you need is a can of pineapple, a blender and a freezer. Pour the can of pineapple into a freezer bag and put it in the freezer for a few hours or even overnight. Break the solid ice block into pieces, put into blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
6. Fruit cobbler
For this recipe you can use any berries to make any type of fruit cobbler you want. You will need 2 bags of frozen fruits, 1 or 1 ½ cans of Sprite or 7Up and 1 box of white cake mix (only the powder). Spread frozen fruits out in a 9×13” inch baking dish. Then sprinkle the white cake mix over the top covering all of the fruits. Pour the soda making sure that the cake mix is well moistened, but don’t stir! Preheat oven 375 degrees and bake for 45-50 minutes.
7. Indoor S’mores
You will need 2 squares of honey maid low fat graham crackers, marshmallows and 2 pieces of dark chocolate. Take a microwave safe plate, put one cracker square on it, top it with chocolate and marshmallow. Microwave for about 30 seconds and top with the other cracker square. Enjoy your sweet treat!
