Don’t Let Trauma Bully You!

Don’t Let Trauma Bully You! :

Acknowledging Trauma is the 1st Step to Healing

Trauma is a deeply personal experience, and it can be difficult to talk about. But it’s important to acknowledge our trauma, even if it’s painful. This is because acknowledging our trauma is the first step to healing.

When We Don’t Acknowledge Trauma, It Can Cause Physical    & Mental Problems

When we don’t acknowledge our trauma, it can stay hidden in our subconscious mind. This can lead to a number of problems, including anxiety, depression, and both physical and mental health problems.

Don’t let trauma bully you. Trauma bullies you when you keep it hidden, when you don’t allow yourself to feel your emotions, and when you don’t take steps to heal.

When we acknowledge our trauma, we take away its power. We show trauma that it doesn’t control us, and that we’re not afraid of it.

Acknowledging our trauma doesn’t mean that we have to relive it. It simply means that we need to accept that it happened, and that we’re not to blame for what happened.

Ways to Acknowledge Trauma

There are a number of ways to acknowledge our trauma. We can talk to a therapist, counselor, or other trusted professional. We can also write about our experiences or create art that expresses our feelings. Whatever your outlet of choice is, just make sure it is positive.

Acknowledging our trauma is not easy, but it’s an important step on the road to healing. If you’re struggling with trauma, please know that you’re not alone. There are many resources available to help you. Please reach out for help.
