Apple is one of the best fruits that can help you lose weight and have more energy! I try eating one apple every day because it’s a super fruit, low in calories and high in fiber. Apples contain not only fiber, but also vitamins and minerals. So be sure to eat your apple daily to a slimmer you!

3. Grapefruit

Have you ever heard about grapefruit diet? I think grapefruit all day isn’t a well-balanced diet. But eating grapefruit can really help you to lose weight. A research has found that eating a half a grapefruit before every meal can help you lose up to a pound a week! The thing is that grapefruit is high in fiber and low in calories, and there are only 37 calories in a half a grapefruit!

4. Pear

Pear is a super weight loss fruit that packs a lot of fiber. The high fiber content will help you feel full and that aids weight loss. Pear provides a decent amount of vitamin C and copper. This is also a heart-healthy and cholesterol-lowering fruit due to its high potassium content!

5. Strawberries

Who doesn’t like strawberries? Strawberries promote the production of the hormones leptin and adiponectin, which are metabolic boosters and fat-burning hormones. Strawberries have anti-inflammatory enzymes, which help to heal internal injury or tissue damage. Eat some strawberries to boost your metabolism and better your health.

6. Bananas

Bananas are high in potassium and fiber, which can aid in weight loss. They are one of the richest fruit sources of vitamin B6 – a single serving has over 30% of the recommended daily amount! Perhaps you know that vitamin B6 lowers the risk of heart disease and can help boost your immunity. So have a banana daily to better your immune system and your waistline!

It’s difficult to imagine that this tiny fruit deliver so amazing results!
