All you are going to need for this one is a skillet, slow cooker, and ten of the most basic ingredients that you’ll find lying around any kitchen. Add 10 to 15 minutes for the prep and after 3 hours for cooking on high or 6 on medium, you’ll have yourself a dinner that is to die for.

In fact, all you need for this dish is 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, ½ teaspoon sale, ¼ teaspoon of pepper, 2 pounds of boneless chicken, 2 tablespoons of butter, ¼ water, 1 teaspoon of bouillon, 3 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, and 2 cloves of garlic. Start by placing the chicken in the slow cooker and get it cooking. In a bowl, you are going to mix the oregano, salt, and pepper, which will later be poured onto the chicken. In that very same skillet go ahead and mix in the water, lemon juice, garlic, and bouillon. Now, you want to pour the entire mixture on the chicken in the slow cooker and let it cook of low for 6 hours or on high for 3.

You are going to start by frying up your bacon and when that is done, you will melt your butter. Beat the eggs in a large bowl whole also adding the salt and pepper. Cook the eggs on a skillet on medium heat until they are firm but moist and mix in the chives along the way. When firm, go ahead and add half the mixture to your crockpot, throw in the mushrooms, tomatoes, and crumbled up bacon. Lastly, you’ll want to cover the concoction with the rest of the leftover eggs and let cook on a low setting for 4 hours. When done, you’ll have yourself a new twist of scrambled eggs that will change the way you think about breakfast foods.

Spicy Fajita Soup

What you need for this dish is 2 medium onions, 2 green peppers, ½ cup corn, 1 can of dried tomatoes (14-ounce), 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons of chile powder, 1 chipotle pepper, 1 quart of chicken broth, kosher salt, 2 cups of canola oil, 12 tortilla chips, 1 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, and 2 scallions.

In the slow cooker, you are going to add the onions, peppers, corn, tomatoes, garlic, 1 tablespoon chile powder, chipotle, and broth. You can also season with salt and pepper to suit your taste before cooking 4 to 6 hours on low heat. Now get a skillet ready and heat the canola oil to 365 degrees F. Start frying the tortilla piece until they are brown and a bit crispy. You can now cut the tortilla into shapes of chips and enjoy them along with your Fajita soup that should be sitting and waiting in the slow cooker. Be sure to add the rest of the ingredients to the top of the soup.

What you are going to need for this dish is 14 ounces of vegetable broth, 12 ounces of tomato puree, 15 ounces of great northern beans, 1/2cup of uncooked brown rice, ½ cup of onion, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, ½ teaspoon of dried oregano, ¼ teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon of pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 8 cups of fresh spinach, and cheese.

Pretty much all you are going to do is combine all the ingredients in your crockpot, except for the cheese and spinach. Cook on a low heat setting for 5 to 7 hours and when done add the cheese and spinach as a final topping.
