  5. Get quality sleep

    There’s no substitute for a good night’s sleep, as any avid coffee drinker will tell you. Albeit through tired eyes and sluggish speech! If you’re concerned that you’re not getting enough restorative sleep, try investing in a smartwatch or sleep tracker that you can wear. You will wake up to real-time data and suggestions as to how you can get more of the type of sleep you need. It could be something as simple as a different pillow, an earlier bedtime or a more deliberate wind-down routine, but whatever you need to get those eight precious hours, do it!
