Try to implement these ways to add more energy to your day and you’ll feel much better in no time!
1. Consume leafy greens
Many people don’t see leafy greens as a great way to energize themselves, but they are an excellent source of chromium, iron and magnesium. Each of these minerals is vital for your brain, your mood, energy levels, and for balancing your blood sugar level. They’re also good for your nervous system.
