You should also invest in a cosy coat and pair of gloves to keep you warm during the first few months of the year. Adding in a pair of headphones and a waist bag to your shopping bag is a good measure to keep you entertained but not essential.

One day a week, for 15 minutes is super attainable and easier to stick to than forcing yourself to the gym 7 days a week. You are more likely to stick to the relaxed option for a longer period of time.
