Hot water helps remove many toxins from the surface of the skin. But if you add Epsom salt to your hot bath, it will help you to sweat and the toxins from the layers within the skin come out leaving your skin more healthy and fresh.
6. Fresh fruits
Fresh fruits help the body to fight off the harmful toxins. There are papaya and apple diets available where you have to eat only the given fruit for two or three days. But be sure to consult your doctor or dietician first.
7. Detox Supplements
Have you ever heard of detox supplements? They can come in either pill or liquid form, and the best thing is that you don’t have to put much effort into getting into a special diet program or exercising. If you take these supplements as directed, it will help your body to get rid of harmful toxins. Again, make sure you consult your doctor.
