Stop thinking that nobody cares about you. There are more people who care about you than you may think. Even if you have not been getting along with your friends or family for a while, they still love you. Never think that you are alone, because there are so many people around you who really care. Just look around!

4. I deserve it

We often say it when something terrible happens to us, but it’s a huge mistake. Never blame yourself if something bad happens to you! It’s unhealthy to think that you deserve it. Although some problems are impossible to stop, others can be avoided. No matter what you have done in the past, you are a great person and you don’t deserve that pain. You deserve to be happy!

5. I will never do it

It may sound like a cliché, but you can do anything you put your mind to. If you have goals, try your hardest to achieve them. Don’t be afraid of rejection or failure. Tell yourself that you can do it and stay positive.

After having a fight with your parents or cheating on your partner, it can be hard to recover emotionally. Whatever you did wrong, remember that it is in the past. You think that that nice guy would reject you. Why do you think so? Are you not beautiful enough? Oh, ladies, please stop thinking in this way! If he is just into girls that look like supermodels, he doesn’t deserve even two seconds of your time! You need to find a new, more serious guy. There is no reason to think that every guy would definitely reject you. Flash him your lovely smile, show him your great personality, and see what happens.
